6. Data Retention
6.1 Active Accounts
We retain data while your account is active plus:
- Transaction records: 7 years (for tax/legal compliance)
- Dispute records: 3 years (for appeals/audits)
- Activity logs: 1 year (for fraud prevention)
6.2 Deleted Accounts
When you delete your account:
- Personal data is anonymized within 30 days
- Transaction records retained for legal compliance (7 years)
- Public job postings remain visible (anonymized)
- Wallet address is disassociated from your identity
7. Data Security
7.1 Security Measures

Note: You cannot object to processing required for:
- Service operation (payments, jobs, disputes)
- Legal compliance (transaction records)
- Fraud prevention (IP logging, activity monitoring)
9. Children's Privacy
j0 is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us immediately at support@j0.com.

Our servers are located in the United States. By using j0, you consent to data transfer to and processing in the U.S.

13. Third-Party Services

13.2 Ethereum Network
USDC transactions are recorded on the Ethereum blockchain, which is public and immutable. We cannot delete or modify blockchain records.
